yPIE: Young Professionals in International Education in DC is pleased to announce your 2016-17 Board of Directors. Four new and talented young professionals are joining us to serve our nearly 800 members in the Washington, DC metro area. The Board is responsible for the strategic direction of yPIE and implementing our mission to connect, inspire, and mentor a generation of new leaders in international education. The newly appointed members of the yPIE Board are:
Erin Baldwin, The University of Queensland
Erin is responsible for implementing global engagement strategies and developing high-performing relationships for the University of Queensland across university, research, and industry networks in North America. Learn more about Erin.
Stephanie Blochinger, British Council
At the British Council, Stephanie develops and manages programs to support UK universities in their student recruitment, alumni and partnership activities in the US. Learn more about Stephanie.
Tess McLean Cannon, The George Washington University
Tess works with international initiatives, relationships, and programs, include managing the Visiting Scholars Program and UNESCO Fellows Program in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at George Washington. Learn more about Tess.
Joy Zhou, PAE Government Services
In her current position, Joy is responsible for leading proposal document management, proposal publications, and production team. This fall, she started a master’s in international education at George Washington University. Learn more about Joy.
